Westside FM 98.9 is a community radio station based in Kagiso, West Rand (Gauteng), established on 1 June 2007. It broadcasts a mix of talk and music — Afro-pop, Afro-jazz, R&B, Soul, Kwaito, House, Reggae, Dancehall and Hip Hop — in English and vernacular languages including Setswana, IsiXhosa, IsiZulu and Sesotho. Its pay-off line is "Changing Mindsets".
